I Talked With 2 different people regarding the two cans of Sprite and large steàm rice that was NOT delivered.She Was Quite Churlish With Me & kept telling me “ let me have your number so that I can call you back I have to talk to the driver I wasn’t here on Sunday I have to talk to him so that I can find out what’s going on I have to talk to him first” in an extremely strident tone of voice. I told her I had no phone that was working that I was borrowing a phone from someone else and I couldn’t give the number because it belonged to someone else and I don’t know if that person would be around to let me have the phone when she called back. she continued to talk to me in a strident manner and kept saying she wasn’t there on Sunday. There was a gentleman there(when I called last week)and he may have been the owner,I’m not sure why he was a little rude…maybe it could’ve been because it was closing time but he was a bit ‘short’ & also somewhat rude.would have to say,because these people used to deliver to my apartment on 10th St. I lived between Folsom and Howard Street, and they used to deliver to me ALL The Time.I Ordered From Them Quite frequently because the food is ‘off the hook’ & it’s SO delicious; it really is!!!! Anyway the lady-her name is Vanessa-told me to call back Thursday after I had told her,”No ma’am I have no phone & no number” to give her because it was not my phone That I Was Calling from & I’m not sure if the persons phone that I was using would be around for me to use the phone again,so finally she said “call back Thursday at 2:30”so she could talk to the guy–“talk to the driver and find out what’s going on”-and I asked “Well what if he said he delivered it but didn’t, I don’t have time to be calling just for 2 cans of soda & a large container of rice”.She told me to “call back this Thursday at 2:30 PM”. I truly hope she answers the phone as I told her repeatedly I can’t give a phone number even the one I was talking on because it was my phone. I started to say that I hope that she will be there and also because I wanted to order more things that would accompany the two cans of Sprite and a large container of rice,but I realize I was talking to air…she hung up on me. P.S.When I Talked shoot, I asked him why I was able to order online this time I wondered if it was because I lived at a different address now that was out of the way from there from the restaurant.He stated that yes it was “out of the way”to which I added well “But I Tipped your driver $23.66”;To which he replied;” I don’t care how much you tip my driver’s,if your address comes up on the/my system it will drop”In a rude tone of voice”. I told him you guys used to deliver to my apartment all the time on 10th St. but I guess but I guess you can’t do that now.He Replied “If Your Address Comes Up,That’s It! I Asked “Well,What About My 2 Cans Of Sprite & Large Rice? He Replied;” call next week and someone will help you“.I Asked Him;”Whom Do I Ask To Speak To?” He Stated “Just call and anyone who answers the phone will be able to help you”.I Thanked Him & Hung Up The Phone.
